Save Money on Groceries and Online Shopping

One thing I regret about my life in law schools is that I did not look for ways to save money as often as I should. I rarely clipped coupons or used coupon codes when shopping online.  Now that I'm working and live on a budget, these two things are extremely important to me.  I subscribe to the Sunday paper to get the coupons, I print coupons online at, and I use online retail sites that save me money like,, and .

I  was recently asked to review, so I decided to check them out and let you all know what I think. offers over 50,000 coupons for over 15,000 stores. You can search for coupon codes at your favorite online retailers. For instance, I was able find Target coupons and Borders coupons.  Although I didn't like that I couldn't copy and paste the coupon codes, but I had to click on the link to activate.  Normally when I shop online, I buy something through Ebates in order to get the cash back rewards and then check to see if there are any coupon codes available for the retailer. I like when I can copy and paste rather than click through a link to receive the savings.  When you go to the Coupon Chief's main page, it does display a list of popular online retailers and those seem to have the codes that you can copy and paste, its only when I search for my favorite retailers that the codes aren't visible.   Actually, it must depend on the retailer, because when I searched for Amazon and Kohls, it displayed actual codes that you can copy and paste.

Bottom line, Coupon Chief is a great alternative or supplement to other coupon code sites. It is a great way to save money while shopping online.  It is very easy to search for retailers and most of the places I searched were available.  Combine it with Ebates to save even more money!
