Don't Lie on your Job Application
This should go without saying, but don't lie on your job applications or resume. If you don't know your GPA yet, but TBD or put your most recent GPA and explain in the cover letter that your grades are pending. Worse yet, don't do what one lawyer did and lied about his participation in a law journal, his employment at a non-existent law firm, and his grades on his job application. The Connecticut Appellate Court affirmed the attorney's suspension.
